We provide up to 1,000 words of supplemental writing and 10 curated photos (from a site like Unsplash or Pexels) for each site we create. We recommend internal content and photos whenever possible because your customers want to get to know you "real", and we don't limit the number of internal photos and videos or the amount of written content you can include on your site.

Ecommerce setup is available as an optional add-on to the Getting Started package ($4,997 for up to 50 physical or digital products). Without this add-on service, your site will still be fully e-commerce compatible and will come pre-installed with WooCommerce (upon request). However, you will be responsible for adding your own products, images, connecting with a payment provider/processor such as Stripe, Paypal and others, and then setting up the checkout, account and other store-related pages. As this part can be quite complicated, we recommend that you send it to us to customize it for you!

Yea! We have several plans available to suit your needs. If you've built your website with us, you get two weeks of complimentary add-on support to ensure everything is running smoothly, or you can transition directly to a website hosting, care and maintenance plan to be covered from the start.

You can easily find cheap hosting elsewhere if you want to save money. We recommend Godaddy to anyone who is confident in maintaining and managing plugin and content updates on their WordPress site. Instead, we compete with others on level of service rather than cost. Most low-cost hosting involves DIY upgrades, no developer hours and outsourced customer support. This is not the kind of service we want to provide. If you think you've found a comparable service (cloud hosting, website updates, developer hours, and support) at a lower cost, let us know and we'll do our best to compete.

Yea! You get full ownership and control of your website and files. You can seamlessly host with us on one of our Website Hosting & Maintenance plans or migrate it to any other WordPress hosting service (e.g. GoDaddy). We offer a complementary migration per site built.

No, we do not host emails or provide email services. Due to the complexities of email servers and support, we recommend an email provider like Google Workspace or ZohoMail for your email (We personally use Google Workspace). 

If we're building or maintaining your website, we'd be happy to help set up your domain correctly with your email account, as long as you've already set up an account through an email provider. Just let us know that you'd like to connect your domain to your email address, and we'll set it up!
